About the Role
TetraMem is seeking a highly motivated FP&A professional to support financial strategy, planning, and business decision-making across the company. This role will work closely with executive leadership, accounting, operations, and business teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and long-term financial planning as we scale globally.
We prefer candidates with an MBA background and experience in fast-growing technology or semiconductor environments.
Responsibilities
Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
Maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, R&D investments, headcount planning, and business expansion.
Analyze monthly financial performance versus budget and forecast, providing clear insights and recommendations
Partner with department leaders to monitor spending, optimize resources, and improve financial discipline
Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and Board review
Support scenario analysis, cash flow planning, and funding strategy
Collaborate closely with Accounting on actuals, accruals, and financial close alignment
Track KPIs related to revenue, cost structure, R&D efficiency, and operational performance
Assist with audit, investor reporting, and strategic planning activities as needed
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA strongly preferred)
38+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience (level flexible based on seniority)
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
Experience in technology, semiconductor, hardware, or startup environments preferred
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with financial systems and BI tools a plus
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders
High attention to detail with strong business judgment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving organization
Salary Range: $120,000 - 180,000/year
