US 2026 Device Intern

Department: Foundry, Technology & Device
Location: San Jose, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with device testing using standard and custom setups.
  • Analyze test data and help identify trends or issues.
  • Support test report preparation and documentation.
  • Help maintain and calibrate lab equipment.
  • Assist in reliability testing and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineers to improve device performance.
  • Support ReRAM characterization and reliability reporting.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with programming in Python, C, or C#.
  • Basic understanding of testing methodologies and reliability concepts.
  • Introductory knowledge of ReRAM and MOSFET device operation.
  • Exposure to lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, or multimeters.
  • Experience with data analysis tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.

Salary Range: $35-$45 / hour
